Iona Pods Hotel

Loved the place, had an amazing stay for 3 nights this stay. There was great food, the staff was very amiable. It was in the remote location on the last ferry. And we were next to the island's tallest hill, and the Iona's main attraction.

I loved my brief stay in these well designed Pods.Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short. Our host Dot was friendly, welcoming and professional. Having to leave unexpectedly was quite fraught, but Dot was understanding and very helpful,in fact items were left in the rush;but on returning home a small package arrived with a handwritten postcard of Iona enclosed;and our forgotten items.I hadn't even realised they were left behind.Such was the kindness and generosity of our very special host .Thank you Dot,I hope to return to Iona in the future and tell you just how much your kindness meant.May God bless you and your loved ones richly.

The hotel staff was amiable and helpful, not annoying.

the room we booked was large and cozy and had exceptionally comfortable bed. a handy kitchenette was equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Reasonably large hotel room with an extremely comfy bed and private bathroom. Bonus point for central heating, a microwave and a refrigerator. Amiable staff onsite. A ferry port walk from the venue. Lovely overall experience...

I absolutely loved cooking on the open fire and the peaceful surroundings made every moment memorable. The shower in my pod was outstanding—seriously great pressure! I'd definitely come back.

The pods were cozy and had fine views of the hills and sea. The only downside was the distance from the port, quite a trek after a long journey. Lots of great hiking trails nearby, too!

It was just a great fit for a brief visit in Iona with attractive and competitive value for money. I loved the clean rooms and the beautiful beach nearby with colorful stones. Make sure to bring snacks as it's a bit of a walk from the port.

I had an amazing time in the cosy pod! The beautiful wood panelling and the amazing starry nights added to the charm. The cleanliness of the new shower block stood out for me as well. Would love to return!

The pods at Iona were a true delight. They were clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing escape. Kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare our meals comfortably. We loved the fine views and the peaceful atmosphere. Will, the manager, was super helpful with local tips that enhanced our stay. The communal shower and toilet facilities were clean, though it was inconvenient to have to leave the pod for that. The hike from the port to the pods took about 20 minutes, a little tiring at times, but we enjoyed the fresh air and picturesque surroundings. I'd definitely love to return for another stay, despite the minor inconvenience with the distance.

Had an amazing group trip! The pods were cozy, and we enjoyed fine views. Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches and local hiking trails. Everything wasvery comfy and tidy, with great shower facilities. Will was super helpful with tips. Highly recommend checking out the nearby beaches and walking trails for a full experience.

The only downside was the distance from the port. It took quite a bit to walk there, but it was worth it in the end.

My romantic weekend at the pods was amazing, the views of the sea and hills were amazing. The cozy atmosphere and comfy bedding. It exceeded my expectations from my previous stay.

Amazing place with reliable wi-fi, a cozy picnic area, and cooking facilities. On my first stay, the staff helped with evening plans! Highly recommend it for a peaceful escape. I'll return for a business trip.
